Hold down the yellow "A" button until you hear her say "Screen Reader off." (should take holding the "A" button for a couple seconds)

You'll also want to review the following information if you expect Dolby Digital audio from your TiVo device...

Screen reader disables Dolby Digital for PCM which is understandable, but when you turn off screen reader, DD stay disables. You have to go to setting to turn DD back on. A bit of a PITA
