ATTENTION TIVO - Please note new Time Warner NYC Lineup as of 10-15

Dear Tivo,

I've been on hold for the last 30 minutes trying to report this. Sorry if this is a repeat post, but Time Warner Cable of NYC remapped 12 channels in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, and Tivo is not aware of them yet.

If you could be so kind as to pick up this post and adjust the TWCNYC lineup, it would be most appreciated.

Thanks!

This site isn't run by TiVo, Inc.

You have to notify the company to get your lineup changed.

THAT is where you report such things online.
Notified, but also posted here in the hopes that one of the Tivo folks picks up on it sooner.

Thanks.
I (and a few others, I believe) reported this to TiVo via their form a few days ago. I know this it Time Warner's fault, but given how many people are affected by this (this being NYC), and how it just appears to the average user that their TiVo's are just not recording the right things anymore, you'd think they'd be on this super-fast with a fix.

Bypass the middleman (TiVo) and email Tribune Media Services about this. I believe there is an email link on http://www.zap2it.com

Did that, twice over the last few days. Still nothing.
Is the lineup correct on the zap2it.com website? If not, then I'd contact TWC NYC and tell them to get their act together.

Nope. Still wrong on zap2it. And it's almost a dozen channels that are added or moved.
Is this still affecting people? It's the 20th and I still have this problem.
Hi,

I realize that I'm in a different area / cable provider. I have been arguing with TiVo / Comcast / Tribune Media for over a month now to correct my lineup. Hopefully you guys have better luck. In my case, no time line has been given! Be aware that the problem more than likely lies with TWC not confirming the changes to the lineup.

Had to take the url off, only my second post.

I submitted this form early this morning for one of my two tivos. About two hours ago, that tivo was updated. Seems like too fast a turn around time, but it's also too much of a coincidence.

If my other tivo still has the issue in the morning, I'll submit the same form for that one, and see what happens.

My other Tivo is still not updated. I submitted a lineup change request - I used the text above from msilano in the additional info section.

Tivo updated the TWC NYC Lineup on Sunday. All is well.

Thanks all.
