I have an AT&Tivo (with lifetime) that won't start up after a power outage. When I plug it in, both the power and record lights come on, but nothing else happens. I can hear at least one HDD start spinning. I added a second HDD about 5 years ago (200 total recording hours).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turned out his hard drive ended up with a bad sector (according to SeaTools). I would try a backup hard drive. It worked in my brothers case.
