Anyone with both HR10-250 and HR20... Activations problems?

Hi, I'm going to activate my new HR20. I remember reading somewhere that after activating their HR20 on a account with and HR10-250 they had some problems with their Tivo service and their HD locals. Can anyone give some advice on this? I don't want my Tivo stop working because some D* CSR mess with my account!

It's been a long time since I did it, but there were no problems when I added an HR20 to my account -- it had no effect on the HR10-250 at all.

You are still receiving your HD local from the satellite? Where are your locals from?
I get HD locals from the satellite *and* with an antenna on the HR20. The HR10-250 only gets HD locals with an antenna. In both situations, I get more HD locals with the antenna because DirecTV only offers four HD local channels in my area (which is pretty much the norm).
Some people have had issues with the DVR functions on the Tivo not working. The DVR authorization for Tivo's is different. Basically after you get your HR20 activated and running verify that your Tivo's are still ok before you hang up. Just try to record something on one and you'll know if you have an issue.
I have had issues with error 81, however I think its has to do with using ptvnet and 6.3d. Because I can slice back to 6.3c and make a daily call and have no error 81. Then if i slice back to 6.3d daily call message comes back and error 81.
No problems here with both an HR10-250, HR20, and several other DVRs on my account.
