Anyone know when S6P2 of the Sopranos will be out on DVD?

I think I've heard something like October 30. I've got the episodes archived in .VOB format. If you PM me your information and would be willing to throw me a couple of bucks for the DVD's and postage I can burn them to DVD and send them to you.

My wife and I do not get HBO. We just finished Part 1 of Season 6 on DVD and can't wait to watch the second portion of the season.

I haven't seen anything about release dates for it yet, but my gut tells me around Thanksgiving time.

Anyone have any ideas or information related to release date?

If you had asked this question a month ago, I would have told you to subscribe to HBO for a month and watch the episodes on HBO On Demand in HD. I think they were scheduled to be removed from the On Demand on July 8, but I haven't seen if they actually did that.

S6P2 of the Sopranos is, so far, the only content HBO has made available On Demand in HD.

(HBO On Demand is only available on cable, of course).

Not worth it to us. We only have basic cable with the coax straight into our S2 TiVo. So for HBO it throws the whole cable box into the loop and I 'd rather not mess with that, even for a month or so. And we don't even have an HDTV yet (of course I could watch in SD). But alas.......
