Anyone in Sacramento CA area with S3 and OTA HD?

If so I need your help. Last weekend we lost 13-1 OTA (CBS HD) and have not been able to get it back. It just shows as a grey screen on the Channel. If I plug the antenna into our TV's ATSC tuner it picks up just fine. I have talked to the KOVR tech director and spent 1.5 hrs with tivo support to no avail.

Anyone in the area experiencing the same issue? I don't want to send my tivo back to swap it if I am going to have the exact same problem. (this is the only solution left per Tivo HD support)

Bump - Anyone? I still can't get CBS HD and need to know if its a bad box or a bad signal.
