Trying to see if it was just my box or some other issue. Basically I have an SP for 'Earl", '30 Rock' and 'The Office'. All 3 showed up in my 'Now Playing' list, but all had a 0:00 recording time (Partial). There have been no other issues and it recorded other shows at the same time. ('Smallville, Supernatural) and also recorded after those shows (It's Always Sunny In philadelphia)...
Hoping it was a fluke or some issue out in TiVo scheduling...

Check your recording history. It will tell you why the show didn't record. Both My Name is Earl and 30 Rock recorded normally on my DTivos.

The TiVo thinks they were recorded, though-- they're showing up in the NowPlaying list. There won't be any info on them in Recording History.

Oh yeah, that's true... once they make it to the Now Playing List they won't show any error in the recording history.

Read my recent post here. . I don't watch 30 Rock, but saw issues early in the start of the other two shows.
