Care to be more specific? I've had a problem twice now where there was too much traffic on my network and a show didn't download. I went to Amazon and filled out the support form so they would call me right now. I was transferred right over to an Unbox specialist who got my download restarted. Whole thing was pretty painless, and the people I talked to were both friendly and helpful.

What was your experience?

This is the kind of worthless screed that gives the web a bad name. The only usable information it contains is that the user is a moron who posts the same thing in multiple thread.

I tried to rent a movie and it never downloaded. I am waiting for a response to my customer service request.

It seems to me that this is an ineffective and user unfriendly system that you can not re-download a movie that fails to download.

This doesn't bode well for NBC if they are leaving iTunes for this.

I can almost promise you that if you contact Amazon(as you said), that you will be allowed to redownload the show.

Your response will probably come within 24 hrs. Mine did, and this was for the free
$15 of downloads they were giving when the service first started.

There may be really no need to speak with a rep. Just email the problem and it most likely will just be added back to your media library so you can download again.
