Amazon Unbox - Some Quesitons?

Tivo Serives 2 Standard - (Not DT).
Linksys USB to Wired Connection Cat 6 into Linksys Gigabit Router
Cable Internet 8000 Down / 512 Upload
No other downloads, torrents, spyware activity on the network.

So I finally downloaded a movie from Amazon Unbox after taking 29 hours to finish - I noticed it stated it was a partial recording of about 1 Hour 47 Minutes - but it was showing me a Green Icon next to the move title so I knew it was done.

I hit Play, and got the the 24 hour viewing notification screen. I then clicked to play the movie.

I then got a screen that said:

Error playing this recording

The TiVo is unable to play this recording as there was not signal on the channel you were trying to record or you were trying to record a channel you do not have.

Any ideas on the slow download? I know USB 1.1 to Wired Ethernet is not great but I would think it's faster than that. Also why after waiting a full day can I not even play the movie...? They are going to charge me for this???? :mad: :down:

Call thier customer support they should reset your viewing time and let you download again. I have had nothing but good times with the unbox support so far. As far as the download time, that is weird. when I do mine it is minute for minute. a two hour movie takes 2 hours to download.

I see that - otherwise I would probably be getting a lot more responses...thanks anyway :) .
