Amazon Unbox Problem

I looked around Amazon but couldn't find my problem listed. So I set up my Amazon account to utilize Unbox for rental. The problem is no matter how I choose to rent, either through the Tivo or online, the rental always generates an error... that being no credit card is connected to the unbox rental account. This isn't so. I've set it up several times yet every time I rent I have to manually choose which credit card to use. It's very annoying.

How can I lock a credit card to unbox so I don't have to go online every time I want to rent something and choose the card to use?

If you have an Amazon account set up with a credit card everything should be associated...you shouldn't have to be entering anything new. Once you log in it's all one in the same. In fact we use the "One Click" option to rent Unbox movies all of the time.

You may need to contact Amazon directly to see why your account is causing you trouble.
