This just gets better and better!

I really enjoyed this episode - mainly because they took a big step and killed the Handler, and not by an alpha, but by one of his guys affected by the alpha. I stopped and replayed that because I wasn't sure who it was that was holding the chair. The "anger" crowd scenes were great. Not like anything I had seen on tv before. Nicely done.

Also liked that they started out searching for the wrong person. That was definately a nice twist.

They are bringing the group together and the different alpha's are working with each other and learning about how to use their skills as a team.

I loved the final scene with the baseball!

I hope Indy watches this someday...I think he will like it.

And although he did it in his usual passive-aggressive way, Rosen did manage to make the point that the handler was killed because he didn't listen to Rosen.

I kept waiting for this and it didn't occur until much later than I expected. You're totally right. Handler is dead because he didn't listen.

I agree, this show keeps getting better with every episode. This was definitely the best so far. The twist with the boy and girl surprised me. I didn't expect the boy to have powers the powers. So the girl didn't have any powers, right? I wouldn't expect unrelated people to have nearly identical powers So it was the boyfriend causing all the trouble.

I really liked the last scene too.

I really liked the last scene too.

The girl had built up an immunity to his powers (?) I think. Or maybe that was what they thought the boy had done before realizing it was he that had the power. It was another cool twist that the FBI alpha was immune.

I was surprised that the power he had was sort of a turn on/turn off type thing. At least it seemed that way in the end. It was something he sort of pushed out at people and it was usually when he was stressed and wanting to flee or stop from getting caught.

I'm starting to enjoy this show, too.

My sister went to Harpur College, which is now part of Binghamton University. Nice to know they've branched out with their Alphas program.

I was less thrilled with this episode. First, it relied too much on the stupid-ball that all superhero shows end up using: no one ever thought of hitting the pheremone-kid from a distance, even after a close-up encounter with him, even when one of the people on scene could do a bank shot through a crowd and knock him out (and knows it). And while I found the filming technique for the crowd-rage scenes to be effective, I also found it too annoying to watch. But even for those problems, I am still sticking with the show. It's interesting to see where the characters are going to go, now that we have an idea that they could go somewhere.
