Ok, so I successfully got tivo to remove the pre-roll ads.

Now there are ads in the guide. It seems to put an ad on every guide screen, not always in the same place. I'd guess to make it more likely I'll accidentally click.

Is there any way to stop these ads. These are even more annoying than the pre-roll ads! Instead of just at the beginning and can be skipped these are on every single screen.

In this screen the ad is for something called power nation.

(I've got a bolt vox cable with all-in)

There is no channel between 575 and 576. This is something tivo inserted into the guide. If I page up and page down, now it is an ad for something called 'the asylum' in the same location in the guide.

This is replacing the video window? You can't keep watching a show in the small window while scrolling the guide?

Turn off background images. Keep the video small window and maybe this will go away.

Yea after digging around, I see its an ad for tivo+ videos. I never opted in or joined, and I see no way to remove it.

I didn't click on it when I thought it was an ad. But now I click on it, it brings up the terms and conditions for tivo+ (which I exit out of, I do not agree to them)

I actually don't mind them installing it, but putting it on every single guide screen as you page up/down and having it move around in the guide so you can never get away from it is highly HIGHLY annoying.

Have you called customer service to complain? When calling customer service, maybe escalate to a supervisor. If enough people do this, maybe they will get that Hydra users don't want guide ads.
