When the Tivo is in parental control mode (lock on) it would require the pin to refuse channel change to record a SP recording (not a suggestion recording).
Go ahead and let someone refuse a suggestion but not allow them to refuse a SP recording without the pin ONLY if it is in parental lock mode (lock on).
It should be a simple code change to just check for lock active and require pin to unlock system if SP refuse is selected or channel change during SP record is selected if lock is on.
