If you have the newer HD TiVo with the cableCards in the front of the unit, it appears to be a little harder, but the directions for doing this are in the thread.
This functionality is not supported by TiVo, but is enabled. bktv has done a terrific job of keeping this current. spike2k5 is the guy who is providing the "know how".
