I've had my HR10 for 3 years now with no problems until recently. For about a week now, I periodically (multiple times / day) get the "Please insert Access card" message at the bottom of the screen in the blue box. When this happens, the screen goes black and all I see is the message. A few seconds later, the picture comes back. Is this a problem with HR10 or has the access card gone bad (which would be odd)?
