I so love this show. Great cast and no laugh-track. I can’t image working at a public school, let alone one with limited funding.

Painful? I find the show joyous.

True. I was talking about it with a friend yesterday. Every single character is a joy to watch — including the janitor.

Maybe the pain is associated with seeing the limited funding those schools receive. Yeah, I get that.

I thought about starting another thread on this show to clear out the garbage left here by one person here. I hope everyone who genuinely enjoys the show is familiar with the ability to block undesirable content/members.

I love Ava. It's a completely ridiculous and unbelievably over the top character but Janelle James really pulls it off.

I watched a few of Janelle’s stand-up performances and see why she was chosen for the role.
