I had an appointment Saturday morning between 6 and 8 AM to have a 5 LNB dish installed. No one ever showed and I started calling right after 8 AM. I never got an answer about where they were, why they were not there or when they would be coming. Bottom line, they did not show up. After some nice complaining and multiple phone calls, I was offered a $10 per month bill reduction and a $100 instant credit for my inconvenience which it was. I had many other plans that day and spending at least an hour and a half on the phone, the credits were warranted. Nevertheless, trying again on Friday morning.

PS: I did swap out my HR10 for an HR20. edit ( kept the HR10 for future use)
