A problem with the TiVo app.

My apologies if this is the wrong place.

If I don’t login to the app, I can download the guide. I can enter my zip code and get the Suddenlink channel list.

If I login I can see My Shows and Manage, but the channel list never downloads. I have waited 20 minutes and all I see is the spinning wheel.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Are you using an iPad? I came here to see if anyone else was having app issues tonight. It works fine on my iPhone but on my iPad it never loads up at all, so a different issue then you're having.
Could be an intermittent TiVo server problem- no uncommon. Try again.
Must have been an intermittent TiVo problem. This morning it’s working fine.

Hmm mine’s still hanging. Not sure what’s going on with it.
Mine is on an iPad running iOS 13.1.2.

Have you tried powering the iPad off/on? That has helped me with other apps.

Yes I did that several times. Ended up having to delete the app and reinstall it and it’s finally running again.
Excellent! I’ll have to remember that fix.
