I was up way too late Monday night...after football I had to watch Desperate Housewives and Cold Case from Sunday. Then stayed up watching the Monday night shows Heroes, Dancing with the Stars, How I Met Your Mother, and 2.5 Men! I've got to learn to pace myself!

Whoa! That's alot of TV.

I'm finding I'm having to take frequent breaks... I get so tired of staring at screens; The computer screen during the day and the TV at night.
