My defective unit was returned the same day I received it, 12/9/05. The exchange was processed through the sales dept (big mistake!). They gave me an RMA# on the phone. The packing slip says "returned merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties and packaging", so that's what I sent. After dozens of calls, they admit to screwing up during a change in vendors, and say a new unit is on the way. BUT . . . the email says no accessories are included AND there is only one day left to activate the service and qualify for the rebate! Even if I get it on Monday, I won't be able to activate it without a remote! And I've been paying for the old one for two months without having it!!

This is like a never ending hell! Any suggestions would be appreciated!
