Can someone please direct me to some instructions on how i would connect two tivos wireless to see each other and be able to share programs. Both tivos are currently set up and working on the wireless network. one is a series 2 and one is a series 3 if that makes a difference.

It does make a difference as it is not possible. MRV (Multi-Room Viewing) is not enabled yet (if ever) on the Series3.
