“Search is temporarily unavailable” newly set up TiVo Edge

Hello all. Recently set up my TiVo edge (about 7 hours ago) and everything is working fine. Since my old Bolt died, I’m trying to search for all of our shows/kids shows to set up the one pass but when I type anything into search it says “search is temporarily unavailable, please try again later”. I’ve tried rebooting the box but no success. Has anyone ran into this before on their device? Thanks I’m advance!!

You should do several Tivo service connections. Reboots would not help here.

Under Settings, Network. Its how Tivo gets its guide and software updates, etc. Otherwise, it would only connect 1 or 2 times a day on its own.

With a new Tivo, it connects for a few days of guide data, then about the 4th connection, an update is downloaded with no guide data. Following connections will get more guide until it yields up to 12 days ahead of today.
