My Tivo Roamio OTA is not buffering the channels last watched on the tuner when it is in Standby mode. Or so it seems to me. I have my Tivo set to the least restrictive Standby mode. My understanding is - or was - that even in Standby mode it is buffering the last channel viewed. However...
