    A friend of mine gave me her old TiVo Premiere XL TCD748000 that wasn't working. I bought a new 1TB WD10EZRX drive and cloned the original drive to it using ddrescue. The drive cloned OK, although there were about 8MB of errors. When I try to boot the TiVo, I can't get any kickstarts to work...
