Advertisements I just upgraded to a new Premier XL, Mainly so I could get the new Xfinity On Demand service. Unfortunately it's not working. I get the menus and when I select a video it starts playing for about two seconds, then freezes. Any video, every time. Sometimes I get an error screen that gives a reference number SRM-8001. I've called Comcast and TiVo and nobody seems to know how to fix it. So I thought I'd ask the TiVo users. Anyone seen this problem and/or know how to fix it? I did search the forums and Google for anything on this and couldn't find anything. Update: I called Comcast back and finally got someone who knew what they were doing. He was able to send a command to my cable card and got things working.
