Just watched my Tivo'd version of Monday Night Raw from last week. Two wrestlers come out to open the show and go for about ten minutes with really bad lines, really bad setups, and pointless meandering. Eventually one breaks character and says to the other "This is awful! Who's writing this stuff?" The second wrestler says "That's the point. No one is writing this stuff. They're on strike."

I thought this thread might be about how the wrestlers can't put on their fights without a script. :)

Maybe now they'll get rid of this wrestling crap and put some Sci-Fi on the Sci-Fi Channel.

Ithought it might be about how the wrestlers were having to actually physically wrestle instead of just verbal fighting.

WWE is more worried about The CW and USA Network starting HD broadcasts.

Just what the show needs - making it more obvious when a wrestler misses a move and showing all of the "divas'" flaws in sharp detail.

I'm all for seeing these "flaws" in sharp detail.

I haven't watched wrestling for some time now. The writing stopped being creative and started to...ya know...suck.
    On to UFC we go.

I've seen and retouched some "flaws" you may not be considering. Detail is not what you want, there, believe me.

Except the writers aren't part of the union and are unfortunately... still working.

I dunno...I'm pretty sure I'd be happy to take a look.
Why, exactly, are you retouching these Diva "flaws"?
