there was an average of 6 less strength points on all transponders? For example, rather than 97, it's now 91. My lowest transponder is #7 with an 82 on channel 2. It's a regular small dish looking at the main DIRECTV satellite.

The dish may have moved a little. Try to readjust the alignament. Make sure none of the mounting bolts/screws have loosened. But, those strengths are okay.

As long as you are not experiencing a lot of rain fade, I would let it be. You have a good, strong signal that should tollerate a lot of interference from the elements.
