wireless adapter needed?

    I currently have the following hardware and I would like to know if I need to purchase a USB wireless adapter. My understanding is that with my wireless access point I do not have to purchase one, but I have been unable to make it work. Please provide some guidance:

    In a separate room:
    Wireless capable modem: Westell 327W (connected to DSL)
    Router: Linksys RT31P2 (used for vonage VOIP)

    In the room with the TIVO series 2:
    Netgear wireless access point WG602 v2 (previously used for wireless computer but no longer needed)

    And I have a wireless powerbook G4 mac.

    Please help! I would really appreciate it.

    Yes, you need a TiVo wireless adapter connected to the TiVo so that it can communicate with your wireless access point. I assume your Netgear wireless access point is a router that can assign I.P. addresses and is communicating with your wireless modem.

    If you ever plan to get a Tivo HD box, you will need a Tivo branded wireless G unit if you want wireless support (unless you use a wireless bridge).
