Advertisements I have a PC running Windows Vista and Tivo Desktop Server version 2.6. Everything was fine until I installed a recent Windows update. I can see my music files on my TV, but they won't play at all or they play very poorly. I ran a Windows System Restore to go back to a point prior to the Windows Update, and the Tivo server started working again. I took a chance and reinstalled the Windows Update - bad news, the Tivo server won't work now. My Tivo seems to have no network issues - I subscribe to Rhapsody music service, and it's working fine. Anyone know of a compatibility issue between a Windows Vista Update and a workaround? I would hate to forgo either the updates or the Tivo.
