Instead of buying the linksys 200m, can't i buy a D-Link DUB-H7 High Speed USB 2.0 7-Port Hub instead and plug in as many tivos as I want?

No. That isn't any kind of network device - it's just a USB hub. The only thing you can plug into the USB port is a supported network (Ethernet or wireless) adapter.

I am with stevel. I do not beleive a USB hub would work.

Why not try it and let us know. Who knows, if it does work, then you could claim the rights to it :D

    USB doesn't work that way.

A USB Hub (as that D-link device is) is to share a USB host port (as the TiVo has) with a number of peripherals (as network adapters are). And the host has to support hubs (I don't think the TiVo does). Since the TiVo only supports network adapters, and one at a time, there is no point to a USB hub on a TiVo.

What you need is a USB ethernet adapter per Tivo, and an ethernet hub, switch, or router.
