Why Video Sharing says N/A

    I can't copy recorded shows from my Roamio to the Bolt. I've gone through several force connections to TiVo from both boxes and restarted them both but still didn't help. I suspect it's because the Video Sharing column says N/A in the Device Preferences for the Roamio in my TiVo account online. Why is that and how do I fix it? I already told TiVo help desk about this and the answers I got from them didn't help.

    Note that the Bolt runs on the latest TiVo software while the Roamio runs on the older software.

    Only TiVo can change that screwup. Attack them on Twitter. Unless the TSN starts with an "A", it's not a Mini.
