I believe that lpwcomp was asking:

Is it possible that the channel it was recording from got deleted from your TiVo's EPG?

Makes no difference if it was cable or OTA, if TiVo in it's infinite wisdom decides to believe that you no longer receive any channel that is still broadcasting and deletes that channel the next time that your TiVo makes it's call in for listings updates, your box will delete any SP that is tied to a channel that it is told that it no longer receives.

60 Minutes didn't record for me either. My season pass is still out there and it is set to record next weeks episode.

Looking at recording history about this evenings episode is says "This program was not recorded because it was no longer in the program guide".

    See this thread:

Somehow the description in the program guide info got changed from news to variety, and that's got everything all screwed up.
