Where did my To-do list go? or what the heck is going on

My S2 540xx is acting strange. I could not get to my to do list and I did a reboot. Once it came back, my do to list was empty. All SP's say no upcoming shows. I took a look at recording history and most shows have two entries.
1 Someone changed the SP and
2 You have scheduled this with a function that requires tivo plus.

I went into a couple of SP's and did change anything but walked thru the screens. The recordings came back once I did this.

Has anyone seen this? Is this a 9.1 bug? Am I going to have to walk thru all 80 SP's?
