Where can I report error in Show information?

    Just browsing our favorite shows, looking for when they will come back, and I come across a photo in a cast list which is NOT the person in the show! Name is correct, and with a bit of digging, I find that the pic is from someone with a similar sounding name (totally different, just sounds similar)

    Where can I report this?

    I think you can still submit errors in the program details such as yours with that previous link, with some creative modifications. I have, with success.

    (to be fair, I don’t think it’s the production company but TiVo/Rovi’s stellar listings crew that’s responsible here)

    it's not about being fair, or who's responsible, it's about who has the power to force tivo to make the change - tivo tends not to listen to customers to update their listings even when provided proof, they need official confirmation.

    Perhaps. My bet is they treat correction requests from production companies with about as much respect and urgency.
