Well then I got lucky in several respects: My 7200RPM drive hadn't caused problems. I replaced the my TiVo Premiere's long standing 7200RPM half-height drive as suggested to a new 5400RPM drive. I got by without the Series 3 image. My drive had bad sectors, but I was able to copy it to a new 5400RPM drive as suggested. Evidence pointed at the bad sectors being in the swap space. I didn't need to cancel the installer. Spectrum took 3 installer visits before someone showed up with cable cards (even though the need was on the work order from the start). Very surprisingly, Spectrum setting up the TiVos with cableCards and tuning adapters was the quickest and easiest portion of my TV/Internet/Phone install.
