I have an old Series 3 still working and used as a two tuner over the air box. I can only pick up a few stations over the air and one of them changed their broadcast frequency last month. I can watch the station as a scanned channel but with no guide data, but the same channel in the guide (with guide data) receives nothing because it still has the wrong channel frequency mapped. How can I report or fix this issue? Redo guided setup? Contact Tivo? The guide data provider? Something else?
