When selecting a prime video the identifies as UHD HDR capable, the playback is at 1080p and no hdr.

    You on TE3 or TE4?

Reason I ask is I think HDR on Bolt is only available with TE4.

    what is TE4?
Yes on TE4. Also auto resolution 4K recommended and HDR auto.

4K HDR Amazon Prime also not working on 2015 Samsung smart TV app and also not on Samsung UHD Bluray UBD-K8500. 4K HDR Amazon Prime works fin on the amazon fire TV.

no bandwidth issues. UHD HDR works fine for the Netflix and Vudu apps on TiVo. Amazon UHD HDR works fine on the Amazon Fire TV device

To clarify bandwidth concerns, when Amazon Prime app encounters bandwidth issue while streaming an UHD HDR video, it changes the resolution to 1080p HDR. My Bolt is playing 1080p with out HDR on UHD HDR videos.
