Watching recorded program on iOS App hangs with strange error message.

    This started happening only recently:

    I start watching a pre-recorded program on iPad App (iOS and TiVo app version current). Same thing happens on iPhone.
    2. A few minutes in, sound will drop out then picture will freeze.
    3. A few seconds later, error message comes up saying that I can't watch since I'm not on my home network, which is not true (see attachment). Perhaps because the TiVo is on MoCA and and the iOS devices are on my home Wi-Fi.
