Was there a bug in the last software update?

    I have this problem once every 2-3 weeks. All channels will stop working, and every channel yields a black screen. Sometimes, this will have been going on for days and many of my recordings failed without me knowing about it. (We don't watch much live TV, so we never knew.) After restarting the Premiere, the channels come back.

    I do have a Cisco TA, but I don't know if that's relevant.

    after all this time thinking it was TWC being at fault, kickstart has confirmed my 1 yr old premiere XL is FAULTY. i need to dish out to TIVO another $150 for replacement. what THE HELL. BAD.
