Anyone use this program? If so how come all the sudden I get this error when trying to convert the tivo files?

I hope this is the right place to post this couldn't find anywhere else that seemed right.

    thanks
Also, does VideoRedo play tivo files? reason I say I'm wanting to remove commercials from my recordings but when I try and use videoRedo it seems are gibberish probably due to dmr(whatever its called)

well im guessing the same thing but Avisynth 2.5 is installed. which is what an avs is its a script. Anyway I think i'm gonna use winavi instead it seems to work better.
