However starting a transfer of the same file and playing during transfer works just fine. Tivo says to : forced tivo a connection and reboot the box and network. Had no effect! Tested my LAN network just for confirmation and ping tested off each box perfectly. Someone said moving the LAN connector to a different router port and rebooting everything helped them So here I go with that. Question for the masses: Is TiVo tech support still only not worth consulting on high level issues like this?
