Advertisements I recently had a cable outage due to a storm and services were restored. Since that time channels 24 and 25 do not come in and I get the message “Problem with the signal on this channel. Trying again (V53)”. If I look at the channel strength it says 100% but still doesn’t come in. I’ve rebooted a number of times. TiVo support had me unplug both cable and power lines and reboot and confirmed my cablecard was properly connected. This didn’t help and then they suggested calling my cable provider (Optimum) to “refresh the signal”. I called Optimum several times and finally spoke with a supervisor who reset the code for my cablecard twice and still get the same error. Any other ideas of what to try?
