Advertisements I've had this issue in the past and had it again recently. Googling online and here I found a few others who had issues as well, some like mine resolved themselves mysteriously. Well after a week of messing around, 2 truck rolls, who knows how many hours on the phone with Cox and Tivo, I finally have the answer. Cox needs to be specifically told to add the code "274" to the cable card. Previous posts mentioned "adding the on demand flag" to the cable card, but Cox told me that really isn't a real thing. But now after Tivo doing research and telling me about the 274 code, we had it working in an hour. Again, have Cox add 274 provisioning to the cable card, force connect to Tivo, force connect to Tivo again, then reboot. Success! good luck, and I hope this saves someone else hours of hassle.
