Updating channel list

    I have 2 Tivo HD's and have Time Warner as my cable provider. I recently upgraded my package and am now getting Showtime free for 12 months. I am having trouble getting the channel to tune. I went in (on both Tivo's) and selected the channels from the channel list and also rebooted (pulled power cord from both the Tivo and tuning adapter) but the channels will still not tune. Any suggestions?
