Unbox "Cannot Parse" Message

    My TiVo just presented me with a notice that I can download free NBC Pilots via Amazon Unbox and pointed me to how to do it. I went to the Amazon Unbox area on the TiVo, told it to get a free download, and gave it my Amazon account name and password (which includes some odd symbols). Immediately after the password, all I got was a message stating "Cannot Parse." So, I'm stuck. Any idea what's wrong or how I can fix it?

    I bypassed the issue by going to Amazon's site for the episode I wanted to download and linking my Amazon and TiVo accounts from there. Once I did that, I didn't have to link them from within the TiVo and everything worked fine.
