I have a TiVo Premiere and my service provider is Time Warner. Is it possible to get TWIT TV on TiVo? It is an internet video production site.

    TIA

Yes. Select Video On Demand .... Free VOD and Web Videos ... Technology and scroll to find Tech News Today or The Week in Technology. At least that's how it works on a TiVo HD.

Whoops, I screwed up. One of my TiVo boxes is a Premiere. But the one I meant to inquire about is the Series 3.

    Again, TIA

    It's pretty much the same.
Tivo Central -> Video on Demand -> Free VOD and Web Videos.

Thanks. That got me a lot closer to what I was hoping for. There are a lot more on TWIT than what is listed on TiVo, plus the "specials" they have are quite short.

In clicking around the multitude of other internet sites in the same list, they don't seem to be complete and/or searchable, either.

Is this a TiVo restriction, or TWIT etc?

Your answer did help me find the right place to explore this. Thanks again.

Did you see the Custom item near the bottom of the list?

Unfortunately the TiVo interface when leaving the DVR area leaves much to be desired and it is very common for TiVo to have "incomplete" lists or access to several podcasts. Ironically, there are a lot of TiVo owners who also use Roku or Boxee Box or other streaming products for access to online content. The pathetic Netflix interface is often a source of irritation on this forum. You might be better off with a streaming product.

Yep, there is a dedicated TWiT channel on the Roku boxes.

Just to close out this thread, I want to thank you all for replying. I now have a better understanding on how to access podcasts on my TiVo.
