TV signal disappeared on both my Tivos today

I have a Tivo Bolt and Tivo Series 3 HD.
The TV signal was working fine on both Tivos yesterday.

Sometime today, the TV signal stopped working on both Tivos (at or before 1PM PDT, given that the recording of the 1PM baseball game did not work).

The Tivo Bolt gives me an error V52.
Rebooting the Tivo Bolt did not help.

My TV service is through Comcast

TV works fine on 2 other TVs with Comcast DTAs
TV works fine on another TV with a Comcast cable box.
Other features of the Tivo boxes work fine - e.g. Tivo apps

So if the TV signal disappears on 2 Tivos the same day, and if the TV signal works fine on all other TVs without a Tivo...

Is there some kind of Tivo outage?
Is there something wrong with Tivo/Comcast?

Sounds like a cable card problem. Like they became unpaired.

There generally isn't such thing as a Tivo outage as its a self contained DVR with networking capabilities. Even with a network outage, they still work. Except when in a power outage.

Yes, turned out with a little more debugging I realized it was Comcast.

In my living room I split the coax into 3:
    - Comcast cable box
    - Tivo 1
    - Tivo 2
When I saw no signal on either Tivo, I checked the cable box, and it seemed to work fine, so I posted my issue.
But... when looking more carefully, I realized I was only getting SD on the cable box, not HD.
So guessing it might have been a degraded signal, I bypassed the splitter and connected directly to the Bolt.
And that gave me SD, but not HD. Then a little bit later, HD came back but with massive pixilation.
Then about 24 hours later, HD was completely back. Put the splitter back in, and all 2 devices are working fine.

It seems that with a degraded signal, one can still get at least SD stations with Comcast devices, but not with Tivo DVRs. There is probably a technical explanation for that...
