TTG showing DVRs, but no recordings...

    I'm not sure what's wrong -I've got the right software, the most current version of Tivo to Go, TTG is showing my DVRs- but they're not showing any recordings available to transfer. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Have you entered your MAK correctly under File - Set Media Access Key?

    If you point your browser to https://{your-TiVo-IP} and login as username 'tivo' and your MAK as the password, can you see your Now Playing List?

    On the TiVo Central Online site, under your account, are your DVRs set to "Transferred Allowed?"

    Yes, I can see my now playing guide, and yes, I have set it for transfers allowed. I'm ready for the next step- thanks for your assistance!

    Are you running any sort of firewall software that could be blocking TiVo Desktop?

    If you go to the Server - TiVo Server Properties menu in TiVo Desktop, are your DVRs "authorized" to connect?
