New season looks promising.
Promising, but obviously departing now from the path of the books. I'm glad it wasn't Lafayette in the car.
As someone who has not read the books (a change from me as I almost always do when a book adaptation is involved) all I can say is, it looks fun so far! Eric ripping that redneck apart was wicked cool (who says that anymore?)! Also, the Sookie/Bill relationship is already wearing on me. I want more of Jessica. Jason's a dumbass. Oh, and Sam's story looks interesting, I want to see more of that, and more of Mary Anne. Glad this show's back.
I wouldn't have him any other way.
Did you know they're involved in real life? So no chance of that going away anytime soon.
What was the aluminum foil in Eric's hair at the end?
If I am not much mistaken, I think he was frosting his hair!
I grabbed this episode off a free weekend of HBO. Is it stand-alone and worth watching if I have seen none of the other episodes?
It would really be more satisfying to watch all of the first season as this was the second season premiere. But watching it by itself will give you a good idea of what the show is about.
I knew it wouldn't be after watching the recent recap show, they gave a pretty strong hint. However, we'll see how long he lasts in his current situation.
Not sure what the vampires' beef is with him. I guess they look down on anyone selling V, even if they don't kill vampires to get it? Or maybe they think he's to blame for Eddie's death/disappearance?
Oh and also, I think Sookie is looking better than ever this season!
....maybe with a paper bag over her head....
Looks like Sookie had a boob job since last season. Glad the show is back and I hope Lafayette escapes (he gained some weight to).. The redneck talking about his a$$ transplant and it being magnetic about made me fall out of my chair from laughing.
I don't see it.
Well, if you stop closing your eyes during the naughty bits, maybe you would.
Seriously, I don't see it either. They looked natural to me.
I'm wondering what the "wheel" that Lafayette, et al were turning was. I wonder if enslaving people like that is gonna get him in trouble w/ the Magister.
Looked to me like there was one toilet and turning it was just to get you to the right "position".
Ah, I think I've figured out who Bierboy is.
I wish!.....he's SOOOO good-looking.
I think they think he had something to do with Eddie dying. I get the sense that vampires can feel in a human if they have had vampire blood. And whom's. If they know Lafayette had Eddie's blood, and Eddie's missing, I would say they have a case, at least in the vampire world they do.
Were we supposed to be able to tell WTF Mary Ann is? What is her motivation for getting Tara involved with the other guy?
maybe she wanted a piglet?
