On any DVR, nor have they removed the defunct one. Should I be worried?
What do the DVRs say in their status screens?
Try viewing your inactive devices, then back to active devices. Worked for me.
My boxes say "Lifetime Service" but it also used to say than when logged into Tivo.com and viewing my preferences. "Lifetime or all in" had its own checked column. Now, nothing. All my boxes are lifetime, I would like to see it in my user preferences as before.
I don't recall it showing up on the device preferences page with a checked column? Your service information shows up on the 1st My Account page (Scroll down) in the Pymt. Plan column.
It was never there.
It doesn't even make sense that the subscription status would be shown in a checked column on the device preferences page. That status of a sub is not a preference that you can check and uncheck like your ability to allow (check) or disallow (uncheck) video sharing and video downloading.
